Mat Classes

All Mat Classes are 55 minutes in length
Fundamentals – Wednesdays at 9am

This class works with the beginning Pilates choreography and fundamentals to help you understand your body and how it moves. This class will work up to the level 2 exercises. 

Progressions – Mondays at 7am

Challenge yourself to build upon the mat work you already know. This class takes the beginning mat work and adds on to more advanced movements. The understanding of the beginning mat work and fundamentals serves as the base line for this class. 

Pilates + Props – Saturdays at 9am

Having feedback from Pilates props such as the magic circle, strap, and foam roller can help to deepen your Pilates practice. The feedback of these tools can provide you with increased proprioception to better understand where your body is in space and therefore how to deepen into the movement.

Privates Sessions

All Private Sessions are 55 minutes in length

Work with Brooke one-on-one to create a meaningful practice. This session is intended to help you better understand your bodies patterns, the Pilates Method and how they work together to create a stronger you. 

Open studio registration available following the use of a 10 pack of private sessions to build a personal practice. 

Open Studio

Eligible use following attendance of 10 private sessions within the previous 6 months. 

Use of the following equipment under the supervision of Brooke:
Reformer, Cadillac, CoreAlign, Chair and accessories such as the Magic Circle, Foam Roller, Toe Gizmo Etc. Must complete 10 private sessions prior to use of open studio.
