About
Meet Brooke
Brooke Knoke has known all her life that her purpose is in movement. From the age of 3, Brooke has been a dancer and even more-so, a mover. Brooke shares her passions for movement through teaching the Pilates Method as a way for people to feel more connected to their bodies.
Brooke has taught in a variety of settings, including gyms, boutique studios, and the University of Wisconsin–Madison Pilates Certificate Training Program, where she was also a student. Brooke holds a BFA in Dance and a Certificate in Pilates from UW–Madison.
In January 2022, Brooke became a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. She has additionally trained through Balanced Body in CoreAlign and continues to be curious about movement and the ways it can be used as a tool to feel stronger, healthier, and more connected.
Brooke brings empathy, humor, and an embodied knowledge to her work as an instructor, helping clients feel comfortable in the space and confident in their bodies. Fostering an environment of self-discovery is her main goal.
